Rose Ung, Director of Property and Social Infrastructure
Rose brings over 15 years of experience in running major infrastructure and transformational programs for both government and private sector clients. Currently serving as the Business Leader and Project Director at one of Australia’s leading infrastructure advisory firms, Rose is deeply committed to fostering the growth of emerging project leaders.
Her journey has been shaped by successfully leading teams of scale, mentoring young professionals, and understanding the immense value of training and coaching.
Rose’s mission is clear: empower emerging project managers to thrive in their roles. She combines practical project and program experience with a strategic and tactical mindset, focusing not only on processes and tools but also on equipping individuals to be their best selves in project management.
David Ung, Director of Information Technology
David brings over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, specializing in support, change management, and critical release processes. Currently serving as the Release and Environment Manager at a leading Australian industrial supplies supplier, David ensures seamless operations for businesses of all sizes.
David considers communication the linchpin of successful IT management. By aligning team expectations, clarifying workflows, and ensuring resource alignment, he fosters collaboration and minimises reactive work surprises.
He emphasises defining project scope, expectations, and deliverables upfront. This proactive approach enables efficient project execution and effective handling of unexpected challenges.
